BE VII semester paper leaks, exam postponed
For seventh semester Mechanical Engineering students affiliated to Vivesvaraya Technological University (VTU), this particular examination got over even before it started.Scores of students from across who had come prepared for the “Heat and Mass Transfer” paper on Thursday afternoon were sent back home from the examination hall.
Reason: Question paper leak. It all began at around 1.15 pm, with VTU headquarters in Belgaum received a fax containing some hand written questions. On verifying, it was found that the questions matched with that in the original, prompting VTU to cancel the paper.
Exam on Jan 11:.The examination has been rescheduled and will be held on January 11 between 2 pm and 5 pm, sources told.
